Individuality

The day we come to United States we are so insecure and curious about how its going to be. We respect our seniors and help fellow students and at the same time try to explore opportunities just like how we were in our bachelors where we share, respect and express whatever we feel or like. We are more passionate, empathetic and lively.

But when you slowly start growing in profession we see lot of Individuality although a important thing to posses but not at the cost of losing all the above mention qualities. We tend to become more of introvert, constraint ourselves to people we know (groups) and always with huge expectations when interacting with people. We rarely share our passion, love, and respect to our friends and become more self centric and so individual. We also develop diplomacy, tact and unnecessary maturity which leads to fake conversations and touch me not relationships. The feeling of independence brings confidence but that should not turn into an attitude. A person should be independent and develop individuality but also have limitations to apply them. Its just my opinion sorry if I was wrong.
