Diplomacy

Its vital some times to have diplomacy and tact to deal people with different sets of thoughts and ideas however its not easy to implement concoct of ideas from every person and yet not to disappoint them for not using their idea. To do this Its needs lots of control and confidence on oneself. But does this work all the time?

Its hard and needs lots of patience to listen to every one's advices and suggestions. It some times puts you into confusion and at this situation, its better to show our stubbornness and at the same time I think its better to convey our feelings mildly but with sincerity so you really don't hurt yourself by trying to please others.

And some try to convey a message indirectly just to make sure every thing is in harmony but does this message go in a right way?

I guess some times its better to directly express what you feel, may be in pleasant way to the other person rather than telling some obvious stories or indirectly conveying the message. There is very good chance of misunderstanding and even if the other person gets hint of it, he/she may be confused depending on situations.

Some times it can hurt the other person if he/she knows whatever you have told is a lie when he/she considers you to be special. Its very hard to come up with same lie and usually will be very obvious over period of time. One should never try to be diplomatic or use tact when you feel a person is really important .

Overall diplomacy and tact should not be used in every situation and one needs to be stubborn on what they feel is right and should be less influential by every ones suggestions and advices.
